FAST projects and Customer Experience Intern

Based in Brussels (Belgium), the FAST projects and Customer Experience Intern is part of Fast Center and Customer Relationship Management and directly reports to the FAST Center Manager.

Result areas

  • Responsible for increasing the market share of Renault and Dacia in the Business market by acquiring new business relationships in the large business segment (companies with fleets > 100 cars, yellow and grey license plate)
  • Responsible for increasing the market share of Renault and Dacia in the small business market through the Renault dealer organization
  • Responsible for achieving the financial objectives for Fleet Sales, including PM, Fleet, market processing budget and bonuses for fleet owners and lease companies
  • Regulates the Fleet Marketing activities for Renault and Dacia
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing the market management plan for the Business Market.

Core tasks

  • Responsible for making the business annual plan (market processing plan) for the Business market in the Netherlands
  • Responsible for initiating together with the team, commercial actions that contribute to the achievement of the objectives
  • Responsible for maintaining contact with the Controlling, Marketing, After Sales and Product Management departments
  • Responsible for testing the account and acquisition plans of the account managers under him/her against the annual business plan
  • Is the first point of contact for the Corporate Sales Division in France
  • Reports to Corporate Sales Division (Volume, margins, fleet marketing, intros)
  • Insures the roll-out of all international agreement between Renault and internationally operating Fleet owners
  • Is a recognizable face for the total business market and is accessible / approachable for the various target groups (dealer, fleet owners and lease companies)
  • Enter into partnership
  • Initiates innovation within Renault NL in the field of business market developments
  • Responsible for achieving financial objectives (PM Fleet)
  • Organizes relationship management activities and intro events for business market
  • Actively participates in agreements with fleet owners, leasing company managements, dealer managements and Business Market Account Managers
  • Reporting on all market editing activities from the CRM evaluates the activities performed and the results achieved with them
  • Provides motivation, training, coaching of his / her employees and creates the conditions for the team to perform optimally
  • Conducts interim and year-end interview’s with team members
  • Initiates departmental consultations and maintains contacts with other departments within Renault (Marketing Sales, After Sales)

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business, economics or any other relevant fields
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office Pack): proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • An experience in project management, Customer Experience or Marketing is required
  • Essential qualities are punctuality and Teamwork
  • Fluency in both French and English are required
  • Dutch is a plus
